All of our listed accommodation rentals are Tourism Whistler
4 or 5 Peak rated, or its equivalent (4 stars or 5 stars).
We do all the design, maintenance, and data input of your
property's individual webpage at no expense to you. Upon
receiving you first rental booking, we will a deduct a one
time $150 CAN webpage design fee from the booking value.
At
your owner request, we will list your property on these
great property rental websites: Whistler.com, Expedia.com,
SkiHills.com, and SkiBC.com. This increases your rental
property’s exposure to a massive market unobtainable
by an individual owner and not available through any other
owner direct websites.
You pay no fees to Whistler Luxury Condos, we make our
profit on our own mark up in price from your Alluradirect.com,
ResortAC.com, VRBO.com, or Ownerdirect.com rates. There
are no charge card or transaction fees. If you opt to have
your rental accommodations listed on Expedia.com, Whistler.com,
SkiHills.com, and SkiBC.com there will be a 20% commission
paid with the exception of a 15% commission to Whistler.com.
We make no money on rentals unless you do!
Once we setup your listing, we provide you with a unique
username and password to facilitate the maintenance of your
own property rental availability calendar on our website
via the Internet. You can update your rental property availability
at anytime using the private control panel for your property.
